APPOINTMENT

These are the vaccinations required for boarding, training, and daycare to keep all of our dogs safe and healthy.

Vaccinations Required for Pet Boarding

Dogs

  • Rabies
  • Distemper
  • Bordetella Vaccine for Canine Cough (annually)
  • Canine Flu Vaccine
  • Negative Heartworm Test (annually)
  • Intestinal Parasite Screen (every six months)

Cats

  • Rabies
  • Distemper
  • Feline Leukemia Test or Vaccine
  • Intestinal Parasite Screen (every six months)

Fecals (Intestinal Parasite Screen)

Required within the prior six months of boarding date at Union Lake Pet Services. If one has not been done prior to entry, we will do one during the pet’s stay and immediately treat any parasites we find.

Vaccinations Required for Doggy Daycare

  • Rabies
  • Distemper (DHPP)
  • Bordetella for Canine Cough (annually)
  • Canine Influenza
  • Negative Heartworm Test (annually for dogs over 1 year of age)
  • Negative Fecal intestinal parasite screen (every six months)

Vaccinations Required for Dog Training

Puppies must be started on their Distemper series, current on Bordetella vaccine, Rabies vaccine (at 4 months), Heartworm test (at 1 year old) and Fecal test (every 6 months).

Dogs must be started on their Distemper series, current on annual Bordetella vaccine, Rabies vaccine, Flu vaccine, Heartworm test and Fecal (every 6 months).

  • Canine Flu Vaccine

Cats

  • Rabies
  • Distemper
